Privacy Policy

Pentacle Ops Dashboard is an internal operations tool built for Pentacle NewYork Company staff — Admin, Designer, Production and Technical teams — to track orders from intake through design, production and packing. It is not a public product and is not available for signup by the general public.

This application connects to Google Sheets and Google Drive using a Google account designated by Pentacle NewYork Company for this purpose. It requests only the following access:

• Google Sheets — to read and write the company's own order, product, stock, staff and maintenance records, which power every screen in this dashboard.
• Google Drive (per-file access only) — to upload and retrieve files this application itself creates, such as stage-completion photos, design files, product photos and maintenance videos attached to an order. It does not browse, read, or access any other file in the connected Drive account.

All data accessed through these connections belongs to Pentacle NewYork Company and relates to its own business records (orders, inventory, staff, production logs) — not to the personal data of the Google account holder beyond what is needed to operate that connection.

Data read from Google Sheets and Drive is used solely to display and update information inside this dashboard for authorized staff, and to power a small number of connected automations (for example, routing a newly uploaded order to the right team, or notifying a team when a production stage is complete). It is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating this system.

We do not sell or share this data with third parties. It is only accessible to authorized Pentacle NewYork Company staff signed in to this dashboard, and to the automation workflows that operate it on the company's behalf.

Data stays in the company's own Google Sheets and Drive for as long as it is operationally useful, and is removed by staff directly within those tools (or via this dashboard) when no longer needed.

Anyone who has connected a Google account to this application can revoke that access at any time from their Google Account permissions page.
